Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: February 2026

OneView provides zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted, self-destructing content sharing. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Prohibited Content

You must not use OneView to share, distribute, or store:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
  • Non-consensual intimate or sexually explicit imagery
  • Content that promotes terrorism, extremist violence, or recruitment
  • Malware, viruses, or any form of malicious software
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Personal data shared without the subject's consent (doxxing)
  • Content that facilitates fraud, phishing, or financial crimes
  • Any material that is illegal under applicable law

2. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you encrypt and share through OneView. While our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot inspect encrypted content, this does not exempt you from legal obligations in your jurisdiction.

3. No Anonymity Guarantee for Abuse

OneView is designed for privacy, not impunity. We maintain minimal server logs (IP-based rate limiting records) and will cooperate with law enforcement when presented with valid legal process. Abuse of this service may result in IP-level restrictions without prior notice.

4. Service Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the service for any user or IP address that we reasonably believe is violating this policy, without prior notice and without liability.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of content shared through OneView that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@oneview.now. Due to the encrypted and ephemeral nature of shares, we may not be able to remove specific content, but we can take action against abusive sources.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of OneView after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
